What does infiltration on eset antivirus mean?

i ran a scan on my laptop using eset antivirus, it gave me 7 infiltrations.
what does it mean ? is it as risky as torjan?

it means you have some potentially harmful files on your computer.

 

it could very well be a trojan type virus, along with some other ones.

 

you can either 'delete' the file, or if you are unsure as to what the file is/does you can 'quarentine' it - if you are still unsure as to what to do you can always visit a geek squad service center in your local best buy, or have an agent come and do an in-home service.

An infiltration is any file that the scanner has deemed as malware (virus, trojan, etc) or as a potentially unwanted application.

 

The program will automatically quarantine a copy of the file and will also attempt to clean or delete the file.
