can't trust Best Buy....ugh. :(

[ Edited ]

My story is a one month long ordeal.

I ordered an iMac on Dec 27 online. It was supposed to arrive at the very beginning of January but never arrived. I needed the computer immediately and so I asked if I could get a refund and simply go in-store to pick up a new one. Nope. Not allowed. My option was to re-order another one and wait another 2 weeks for the computer. I couldn't wait this long, so they advised me to buy a SECOND iMac computer and just wait for a refund on the 'lost' first computer. This refund never came. So I have 2 iMac charges on my poor credit card. I called customer service every day and got really sick of hearing "sorry, nothing we can do... the refund will come....eventually." Then the computer miraculously arrived a month later. I really need to get a refund on this thing, but I have to send it back to the post office and WAIT for it to reach the factory at which point they will send in the paperwork for me to get a refund.... but I will have to wait again! And who knows if I will get the refund, I feel like BB has demonstrated to me that you cannot trust them. I just want my money back, how hard does it have to be??? And now I am going to be charged interest on my card and I have to pay. How is this my fault? Best Buy is seriously the worst. I even left a message for Customer Service saying that I had the worst service and that I expected a call immediately. No one ever called me. I bought the 2nd iMac at(competitor) and that was just easy. Best Buy has caused me a month (and probably a couple weeks more) or stress for NO REASON. So mad!!!
