I purchased the Blackberry Bold 9780 in July, along with the extended warranty. But lately, my phone isn't working properly. I took a picture with it and then it froze. I tried everything and in the end, I had to pull out the battery.  My MSN messenger cannot send messages. I get a message like 2 hours later saying "Your message cannot be send (Error Internal Server Error). I already tried reinstalling the application and I am having the same problem. Does the extended warranty cover this ?

Hey there Lynn!

If it is just the MSN Messenger Application that is failing, it is most likely the application itself.  I've checked out a few sources online looks like your not the only person with this issue, seems to be an MSN issue. Unfortunately because its the applications error your exchange wont cover this, however, if your blackberry keeps freezing when your taking pictures, definitely worth a trip into your local bestbuy so a Mobile Specialist can take a look, and determine if that's the phone, if it is the phone(not application related) then your phone will qualify for an exchange hope this helps you out! And I am hoping the application makers of MSN fix this error too - its driving me crazy too!!
