On the website, when I click My Account > Account Summary > Price Watch, I get a message saying "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request". How can I view my Price Watch list?
I've had this problem before.

If you're experiencing the problem, please send me a private message and provide me the email that you use to login to your Best Buy account. I would like to forward that info to IT because they might need to test your specific accounts.
