Mobile phone exchange/ return policy?

I was just wondering what the exchange/return policy for mobile phone are. I want to exchange my phone but not cancel my plan i got with bestbuy. I have used up the 30 minutes i get for no cancelation fees with the carrier.

I just had a look on our website and there doesn't appear to be any instructions on this specifically for cell phones, but I would encourage you to visit this page and contact customer service to see if they can point you in the right direction. 1-866-BEST-BUY

Just bought a Blackberry and the salesperson said that if I don't like the model I can exchange it within 30 days for another Blackberry model. I'm with Virgin and having a hell of a hard time getting on my company's Enterprise server which is the sole reason that I bought a BB . Virgin are no help so I'm hoping the exchange not only applies for another BB model but for any phone model. Will let you know how it goes.

Does your company have IT department who specializes with configuring Blackberries? Were they able to assist with connecting to the server?

Evening!

 

 Just to clarify you are able to exchange your current blackberry within 14 days for another model of smartened. Your required to get another smartened. This however will not likely apply to a iphone 4 as the iphone is a specific contract and agreement with the carrier. You can however change to another Blackberry. However if the reason the phone is because the phone is not working with your Business Enterprise Server then I would suggest keeping your phone and contacting your company IT Department. Neither Best Buy or Virgin can help you set it up with your BESS Service because they do not have access to the company domains, or login information required to do this. Your IT Department however does and should be able to walk you through this process, as it sometimes varies depending on how the have it set up.
