I got an email on my homail telling me I will get a refund .
QR Computers has responded to your message regarding order number [Order #].
Subject: Other question
We had already open an RMA request [RMA #] for refund.
To reply, find your order and click "Contact Seller" on the order details page.
If this email has an attachment, please save the document as it won't be available from the Best Buy Website.
If you reply to this message, seller should respond within 48 hours.

I check the canada post Tracking number and they receive the computer on January 31 2017 . now its 7 days they have the computer ,
my question is why I didnt get the refund ?

Thanks for writing here, but the forums are not used for Customer Service specific situations like this one since they are a public forum, hence the removal of specific personal information from your post.
I would still recommend to contact the Marketplace Seller from the Order Details page so you can ask them for an update on the return based on the parameters you shared here.
If there's no follow up from them over 2 days after, then I'd suggest for you to contact a Customer Service representative at Best Buy Canada by phone for more information and support.

I want to return an item to Best Buy that I bought online but I neyver received an itemized bill for the item. I only received a confirmation email listing the items I purchased and the total but not the individual prices. How do I return one of the items to the store?
