I find it pretty pathetic that a company as large as best buy can't fix an error such as changing payment methods still. Reports go back to 2013 and sooner. Pretty sad. Your post even states how, but it doesn't work.
Now I've got to waste time on hold forever to update payment information because they're too incompetent to fix their site.
What's the excuse? Why email me telling me to do it online if you know it doesn't work?
