I'm having a bit of an issue with an eCertificate i received a few weeks ago.I can't seem to be able to use it because it keeps asking for a security code which i don't have.I tried contacting Customer service that transfered me 4 different times to multiple departments and nobody had an answert for me.Can someone please help me ?

I've tried everything.When i called customer service, i got transfered 4 different times to different departments and no one could help me with my situation which i found ridiculous.
