I've heard there's a trade-in program or promotion that we can bring in any old but functional tv for trade-in toward a new TV? But I don't see any advertisement on the Canada BestBuy site?

I don't think it is a regular ongoing promotion.

The promotion runs once in awhile for a few weeks and then it ends.

Unfortunately the recycle and save event only went on for the weekly flyer. It did end on May 3rd.
