When I picked up my copy from the store, I was informed that the codes hadn't come in yet and to check back in a week. I went back last night and still nothing nor was I given any further information.
After seeing the post to contact Customer Service, I did so. I was told my best option was to contact the store directly, but I was unable to get through today.
What am I suppose to do?

I got my pre-order codes through email. I did however receive nothing for my black ops 2 pre-order. I was supposed to get 800 gamerzone points along with bonus codes. I contacted customer service (email / phone). No success so far. I'd say we're both fresh out of luck on this issue. Good luck anyway!
