I remember when ordering persona 4 golden on best buy advertised pre order bonus with game didn't receive with game. Why can't best buy get their online orders right. Will you be sending this out later or do usually just lie to you're customers

Bestbuy is terrible for preordering games online...nothing arrives on time...

for example...i ordered playstation allstars on the vita....which was supposed to release on tuesday...its now friday and it stil hasnt shipped...

then they whine about losing customers and sales because people shop across the border on days like this....

maybe they should concentrate on building a proper buisness that meets their customers demands on a timely basis...

terrible buisness structure....

yes bb is horrid when it comes to their online orders.

i preordered arkham city and never received any of the sale and preorder bonus points. I filed  for the get missing points via the reward zone link, and 1 year later the transaction is still being verified...

i had the halo 4 limited edition on order but remembered this and quickly cancelled it and ordered it somewhere else.

stick to in store preorders. Going down there can save you time and the hassle of having to do more work to get your product
