by Blogger on ‎10-13-2012 05:30 AM - last edited on ‎11-05-2013 03:11 PM by Editor in Chief

Being passionate about my music and being an Apple user, I was happy to try out the Bose SoundLink Air digital music system.

The first thing you should know about the SoundLink Air is that it utilizes Apple’s wireless AirPlay technology. This means that your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Mac (or PC) with iTunes will all work perfectly with AirPlay. Once setup, you will be able to stream music with ease from all of your devices in your home.

Kobo Mini Review: The World's smallest eReader

by Blogger on ‎10-12-2012 08:05 PM - last edited on ‎07-19-2013 12:23 PM by Epic Genius

It’s small, it’s light, and it’s so seriously portable I’ve put it in my purse and forgot I even had it in there until I wanted to read. But even though the Kobo Mini is the world’s smallest and lightest eReader, it definitely doesn’t lack in features.

I’ve tried a few of the ‘ink on paper’ touchscreen eReaders, and the Kobo Mini has been my favorite. Besides being tiny enough to put in the back pocket of your jeans, the Kobo Mini is seriously easy on your eyes. The no-glare natural E Ink touchscreen reads just like a paperback, so even if you love the feel of an actual book in your hand, this eReader still fits the bill perfectly.

I’m not sure about you, but every time I see the Just Dance game for Nintendo Wii the Lady Gaga song Just Dance pops into my head. In fact, I’ve been singing it out loud for the last hour and a half, and needless to say I am NOT a fan with my coworkers.

That said, the new Just Dance 4 game has some great tunes that just, well, will make you want to dance! What’s the dance list you ask? Well, let me tell you! The new version of this popular game features more than 40 songs, ranging from classic artists list Elvis and the B52’s to contemporary acts like Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen. Here’s a run down of what I consider to be the top 20 of the top 40.

Want your pre-school child to develop their memory, motor skills and intelligence while on the computer? Then go for quality educational computer games designed by companies who know what kids need in order to learn.

There have been dozens of studies trying to determine if computer-related technology actually benefits young children. While study results vary, the general consensus is that exposure to intelligent software helps younger children develop intelligence, structural knowledge, nonverbal skills, complex manual dexterity, and long-term memory. You just have to get the games that are smart and fun.

Canadian listeners can now benefit from the merger of two satellite radio companies.

Back in 2011, the CRTC approved Sirius Satellite and XM Radio Canada joining forces but customers had to choose between the two.

Last week SiriusXM Canada announced its “Best Of” subscription package – for an extra few dollars per month subscribers can have content from both networks on one device.
