The Stick of Truth is the first game back, courtesy of Ubisoft, and is a Role Playing Game of all things. Featuring more fart gags and more inside jokes than perhaps any other video game I've ever played in my life, please come check out the review for this rather unique title.

E3 had barely opened its doors that I fell in love with Tearaway, an upcoming PS Vita game that combines the art direction of Katamari Damacy with the best use of the dual touchscreens that I can remember. A fun, fun game - just don't expect an easy ride because your character will gladly plunge to his or her death whenever you misread the game's 3D perspective - which happens A LOT.

We know what to expect from an EA press conference, right? Lots of sports games, a few new installments in long-standing AAA franchises, and maybe a tiny morsel of information about Bioware's next opus if the powers-that-be deem us worthy. In other words: lots of content, but few surprises. Right?

The video game world is full of angry folks looking for a little payback, but no one does it with as much volume and as epic a kill sheet as Sparta's angriest son, Kratos. Back for another round of battling everything silly enough to stand in front of him, Kratos has some anger issues to work out with furious combos, gorgeous graphics, and, most likely, the extermination of a few major mythological powers.
