I just bot a fitbit charge in January 2016 and it will not charge any more. Can I return it to best buy and get a new one? What do I need to bring with me? If I purchased it in your store do you have a copy of my receive on your computers?

No you can not, you are way past the return period, best you can do is contact Fitbit and see if it is still covered under warranty.
That is unless you purchased an extended warranty with best buy then you should be able to just bring it in and they can look up your details, and either replace it or have it sent for repairs
