Not sure if this is the right place to post but here goes.
My friend gave me earlier this year a 100 dollars best buy gift card. I did not get a chance to use it till few weeks ago at Milton Best Buy store and they said the card is defective and does not work. i tried to even check the balance online and it keep saying make sure the you key in the card number correctly and all that.
My friend bought this from Shoppers Drug Mart in Brampton and he even gave me the receipt, I went to shoppers drug mart about this and they said to talk to Best Buy about this and I just called them today the customer service rep was useless to the max and just wasted my time. So I am just checking if others have faced this issue and how they resolved it.
