I have just recently pre-ordered the new Google Pixel phone, however it seems I have not received a confirmation in my email or listed in the order status page under my account... is this normal?

Have you seen an update on your account showing your order since your post last night? Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to receive. If not, I'd be happy to look into this for you. Because this is a new item, we could be getting everything together still on the backend of the site while we take pre-orders, but if you haven't seen an update I'm more than happy to look into a timeline for you.

No I haven't received any more information regarding my pre-order, no email or no status on my account.
I hope I won't lose out on my spot in pre-order line for it not showing, would you possibly be able to check?
