Reserve & Pick Up

Do I need to show the e-mail I receive at the Customer Service desk or am I able to just show my I.D.? I do not own a phone that supports internet.

Hey @JesseMackell123.


When you are at the store, there should be a reserve & pickup area at the customer service counter. You will need to provide them the contact info that you entered online along with your ID. You do not need to show them an email.
