Depending on what you are looking for.
- They appeared to be laptop CPUs, so I assume you are looking to purchase a laptop
- Day-to-day performance you are unlikely to see much of a difference, provided that RAM amount, hard drive, etc. are identical
- AMD may have an edge on raw performance as well as graphics
- Intel most likely would have an edge over power consumption and potentially battery life
And since you are not buying a CPU standalone but rather as a complete package (ie. buying a laptop), screen size, RAM, memory, as well as price, etc. are also important factors to consider.
