Placed my order July 17th, and got an email 2 days ago saying there is a "delay" (code for we oversold pre-orders). To top it off, I can't order the regular UHD or buy in any stores close to me.
So BB is shrinking their movie section in store by 80% AND they can't even fulfill advanced pre-orders. Sounds like they're almost trying tick their remaining movie customers off.
Really choked about this.

Got the email too, but my Order Status had been updated sometime in the last hour and now shows:
"Scheduled to ship via Canada Post LetterMail
Delivered Wednesday Aug. 23"
Lucky you. Mine still says the same status all week and no charges to my order

So, I solved my problem with the digital redemption code.
On the Foxredeem.com site, there is a flag icon on the bottom of the page. It is Canada by default. If you get the wrong country code message, change the flag (country) to USA. It should then take you to the preferred digital redemption service page where you pick what service to redeem with. I chose iTunes, and it redeemed successfully and the movie appears in my purchased movies section under iTunes.
I hope this helps anyone else who may encounter this problem.
