I ordered Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens. The game released last tuesday and I still haven't recevied it! I'm flying out on Monday evening and I don't know if I'll receive it till then! I don't want to buy it from the store and have 2 copies as I won't be able to return the one shipped becuase I'm travelling for 8 weeks. Can you cancel my order? There was a delay with the game and you should have received a letter on Thursday from our Customer Support team.
I hope this helps, where are you travelling too? That's a long trip!

@BBYBilly I'm travelling back home. I got no email from the customer service team. I got an email about shipment on Monday night, June 27th. I'm still tracking it and it says only a shipment label has been created. I called Purlolator and they said that they have received no call to pick up the shipment. I want this order cancelled, I can buy it from the store.

@BBYBillySame as Muzzy here, no notice of a delay, labal made last week and no update since. Really annoying since it says it's in stock both online and in the store near me. If it wasn't part of a 20% offer I would have canceled the order and gone somewhere else by now.

This delivery of 2 steelbooks was delivered in the nice small box in good shape!
