Desjardins Future shop account

Hi, is it normal that there's no update on my Desjardins Future shop account for over 2 months now? When it was with Chase, I always received an email for a new balance for monthly payment, but since I register the new Future shop card from Desjardins, there's not even a signle update. I don't know how much I need to pay per month and I really don't want to end up having more to pay just because the Desjardins online system is having a bug. Please help!

You likely need to call Desjardins they are the only ones that will have those answers

I'd say call the number on the back of the card for something regarding payments and such.
