Hi, is it normal that there's no update on my Desjardins Future shop account for over 2 months now? When it was with Chase, I always received an email for a new balance for monthly payment, but since I register the new Future shop card from Desjardins, there's not even a signle update. I don't know how much I need to pay per month and I really don't want to end up having more to pay just because the Desjardins online system is having a bug. Please help!
