Ok so I pre-ordered the switch a week ago and everything was fine, but today, just before the release, My order got canceled and I have 0 notice, no email. Nothing.
And the worst part is that I can't even contact customer service because everytime I try clicking the link for their email form, I get an error message.
I've been stressed out for a whole week over my pre-order for NOTHING

I have taken the liberty of escalating what you described to one of the teams in customer service. They are the ones who can provide further assistance.
I have forwarded them the email you provided in your forum profile. I would also like to give them your order number as well.
Don't post your order number here for privacy reasons. Just send me a private message and provide me your order number over private message, so I can forward that along to customer service as well. I will await your private message before proceeding.
